First Annual Golf Fundraising Event at Tuxedo Park
Blacksmith Institute hosted our first annual charity golf outing at Tuxedo Park on July 10, 2008, raising more than $27,000 to protect children's health in developing countries. Our day at the golf course has provided enough money to supply clean drinking water to three villages in Russia, end mercury poisoning in West African mining communities, or prevent nearly 800 children from chronic lead poisoning. Thank you to all who participated.
